Just a couple photos to share with you from last night’s reading by Debra Earling. It was wonderful to hear her read sections of “The Lost Journals of Sacajawea” and explain her process in creating them. And Mansfield Library has done a beautiful job displaying the book.

A few years back, I had the pleasure of taking a writing workshop from Debra Earling. Her love of stories, both in telling and listening to them, was evident during each class, and this love came through loud and clear last night. If you ever have a chance to hear her read and/or check out the Mansfield display, it’s totally worth it.
