Nerdfighters unite! This morning I found a note slipped into a library copy of An Abundance of Katherines by John Green:

So my interest is piqued and now I have to read An Abundance of Katherines (I’ve had A Fault in Our Stars on hold for over a month, so this should tide me over until it comes). No doubt I’ll be adding my own initials to the list when I’m done and I fully expect to find more initials in the future. But how cool is it that an author inspires his fans enough to leave notes for fellow readers in his books?!
